Coconut Ice

INGREDIENTS

Coconut ice

500g icing sugar
390g desiccated coconut
1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons fresh cream

METHOD

Mix ingredients together decide into two parts
Add few drops coloring to one part.(I added pink)
Add essence of your choice to pink part( I added strawberry essence)
To the white part I added few drops of rose essence .. u can add essence of your choice
Spray a flat Pyrex glass bowl with spray and cook
Press white coconut into the bowl and press down
Put the pink ( color of your choice ) coconut on top and press down
Refrigerate until firm
Remove and slice into squares

You can make the flavors tht u like
Lemon
Vanilla
Pomegranate
Rose
Red velvet
Etc

I love Elachi so I follow this recipe or mine and add a good bit of Elachi powder
