How To Clean Spinach ( Bhaji )

1.Cut as close to the top of the bunch as possible. 

2. Put it in a large dish and fill it with water. 

3. Swirl it around and let it settle.

4. Lift just from the top and place into another large dish.
 
* Dirt n stones will be left at the bottom. 
 
5. Repeat till clean n place in colander to drain
