INGREDIENTS
Cut pastry dough.
Filling
2 cans tuna drained
1 onion chopped
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 small tomatoes grated
1 teaspoon mix masala
1 1/ 2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
1 ½ teaspoon crushed dana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Few green chillies
Chopped dhania (coriander) & Spring Onions
METHOD
Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot, add the onions and fry until transluscent. Add the ginger garlic masala braise few seconds add spices & braise for ± 1 minutes. Add grated tomatoes. Cook until all water is burnt out. Add tuna and simmer on low heat. Allow to cool. Add 1 teaspoon tomatoe sauce & 1 teaspoon mustard & chopped danya & spring onions mix well & fill pastry.
Nb. Can increase the amount of sauces juts be careful filling must not be to wet.
