-2 cups chicken finely cubed (fillet)
-2 teaspoon freshly ground garlic
-1/4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon red chilli powder
-1 cup steers peri peri sauce
-1 tablespoon steers mustard sauce
-1 cup mixed peppers(finely cubed)
-¼ cup mixed springonion and dhania (coriander)
-1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
1.)melt butter on medium heat,add chicken,salt,chilli,arad (Turmeric) and garlic and cook till dry. Remove from cooker and add the mixed peppers then leave aside to cool.
2.)once filling has cooled down,add the sauces,dhania (coriander)/springonion and cheese and mix well.
3.)fill in puff pastry and freeze.
