INGREDIENTS
1 cup Chicken Fillet Cubes (cooked)1 cup Mashed Potatoes1 cup Boiled Spaghetti1 cup Grated Cheese1 cup Frozen SweetcornFist fresh chopped dhania (coriander)Salt and pepper (to taste)
Also needed-Beaten eggBreadcrumbs/ Kellogg's crumbs
METHOD
1. Cook chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and ground green chillies.2. Cook corn in microwave till tender.3. Make a dy mash with potatoes, seasoning with a little salt and pepper.4. Cut spaghetti into small pieces.5. Combine all ingredients. 6. Form into cutlets by rolling into rounds and flattening to resemble a mini patty.7. Dip in egg and bread crumbs and refrigerate until firm. 8. Heat shallow oil over medium heat.9. Fry cutlets until golden and crispy on both sides. 10. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with chutney of choice.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
Note: I use gouda cheese or cheddar cheese. To make 4 in 1 cutlets, just leave out corn.
