@Sumz - Apologies for the delayed response been offline for a few months .. just deep fry and add last like papir.
Dressing is basically salt pepper vinegar olive oil mustard sauce a touch of honey , mix well and drizzle over noodles. Toast slices almonds sesame seeds in a bit of olive oil with thinly sliced garlic clove and pour over just before serving. Enjoy 😉

@🍨🍰ayshdok🍕🍟 - Sorry for the delay , been a hectic two weeks at work , I basically roll each roti out, sprinkle a layer of clingwrap and place the roti and bottom layer of cling into a Tupperware , cover with another layer of cling wrap sprinkle flour again. Continue like this close the lid and freeze , keep out of the freezer long enough to be able to separate the layers then fry , good luck and Jzk for your time to check out my recipes 🙏
