Heat 2 & ½ Cups Milk1 tablespoon BUTTER½ Cup Sugar Or to taste (You May Use Condensed if you prefer)1 Small Stick Cinnamon Stick (Remove before Assembling )
In a Seperate Bowl Beat up 1 Egg Vanilla Essence Now Make a paste with little milk ¼ Cup of( Mazina & Custard powder mixed together ) PLUS 1 tablespoon Mazina Add it the egg mixture beat well till smooth
Add this to the above hot Milk Mixture keep stirring to get a nice and Thick Custard REMOVE THE CINNAMON STICK
For Assembling
(You may do 1 Layer or 2I did 2 Layers)
I Layered in a Square Casserole 1 Layer of Tennis biscuit Poured half of the Thick milk custard over properly Then placed another later of Tennis biscuitThen poured the rest and smoothen it out Allow to set in Fridge for about 15 minutes Then Dust Cinnamon Powder through a sift over Place back in Fridge to set for 4-5 hours For a perfect soft Chilled slice ENJOY😋
INFO & TIPS
You may crush a packet of Tennis biscuits and add little melted butter to it and flatten at bottom of casserole
