ø السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُم 🌸 Thank you soooooo much for this recipe ! I didn't know it was even possible to get puri's this light and fluffy! 😲 I used double cream yoghurt instead of buttermilk, and I cut the puri's into fairly thick rounds. While frying the puri's actually ballooned! and after draining it on kitchen paper these remained soffffffftt and fluffy and beautiful alhamdulillah 💕 I served with crumbed Chicken Cutlets. Next time I think I'm going to fill the puris and make mini Schwarmas 😋 Thank you so much again جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرً 💖

Quick question 😊 Is it 1 packet of white onion soup mix (like knorr or royco brands) to 250ml of cream? Thanks in advance ✨️
ø السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُم 💕 I tried this today... it turned out gorgeous alhamdulillah ✨️ The blueberries burst in the cupcakes and left beautiful purples streaks all over the cupcakes with an absolutely amazing flavour infinitely tastier than store-bought. The cake was moist, the tops crisp, and moerishly delicious 🤤 ø جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرً for sharing 💝 this recipe is a keeper ❤️
Oops! Looks like I didn't write the method for the crust properly... Mix the dry ingredients together, mix the wet ingredients together. Rub butter into dry ingredients until like bread crumbs. Pour wet ingredients in and mix to form a soft dough. Add extra water if necessary. Roll out on a floured surface and place in a greased casserole dish going as much up the sides of the bowl to contain the filling.

ø اَلسَّلاَمےُعَــــلَيْكُمےْ 🌼 I have a question, if anyone can help please Insha'Allah My family LOVES chicken Moons ❤️ I make the dough (using the standard recipe I see everyone using), then I roll and cut into discs to be filled. If I fill the discs immediately, the Moons turns out perfect alhamdulillah. But if I keep it and fill the next day... then the discs don't fold over it cracks and breaks 😭 what am I doing wrong?
