Filling ingredients: -1⁄2 kg chicken fillet(finely cubed) -1 tblspn green masala -1 tblspn red masala -1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder -1 tblspn chicken spice -salt to taste -1 tblspn mayonnaise -1 teaspoon steers mustard sauce -1 tblpsn steers garlic sauce -1 tblpsn steers peri peri sauce -1 teaspoon lemon juice -1 tblspn tomato ketchup -1 teaspoon butter -1 teaspoon oil
Optional ingredient: 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1.) marinate chicken cubes with all of the filling ingredients and cook on medium heat till sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through. 2.) leave to cool then fill in either pur or puff pastry. 3.) add grated cheese to the cooled mixture before filling(optional).
