1 packet budoir biscuit250ml fresh cream (beat till stiff with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence)Small tin nestle cream1 slab chocolatePrepare a big mug of strong black coffee
Dip budoir in coffee and assemble next to each otherAdd a layer of fresh creamSift cocoa powder over creamRepeat with budoir, cream and cocoaEnd the last layer with budoirMake ganach with chocolate and nestle creamPour over last layer
