1kg chicken - cubed
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon ground green chili
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 small tin creamstyle corn
1⁄4 cup frozen corn
Put onions, salt, pepper, chili, chicken and ghee (Clarified butter) in pot and cook till soft and almost dry. Add in both your corns and simmer for 5 minutues.
Mix 1 1⁄2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) will a little water and add to chicken. It should become a thick gravy.
