INGREDIENTS
1 Kg Chicken fillet cubed
2 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter)
1 medium onion grated
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon green chilli paste
1 teaspoon paparika
1 teaspoon Kashmiri
salt to taste
2 tablespoon. nandos hot sauce
1 packet royco chicken & mushroom cook in sauce
fresh corriander
METHOD
In a pot add 1 Kg Chicken fillet cubed
2 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter)
1 medium onion grated
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon green chilli paste
1 teaspoon paparika
1 teaspoon Kashmiri
salt to taste. COOK till the water dries out.
Then add your sauces and stir until desired thickness.
when cold add in coriander and fill pies
