2 cups flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon instant yeast Pinch of salt ½ cup warmed milk ¼ - ½ cup water Butter /ghee (Clarified butter) for kneading
Mix all dry ingredients together then add wet ingredients. Knead to a soft, slightly sticky dough using ghee (Clarified butter). Let rise for 30 minutes. Then roll out and bake for 20mins. Add toppings and freeze or bake until cheese is melted.
