Ingredients: 1 large ripe pineapple 500ml double thick yoghurt 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon elachie powder sugar (to taste)
Method: 1. Blend pineapple with yoghurt, sugar & elachie. 2. Leave in fridge to chill. 3. Serve cold with straws.
Note: I like to blend with some ice as-well
