Pineapple Lassi

Ingredients:1 large ripe pineapple500ml double thick yoghurt½ - 1 teaspoon elachie powdersugar (to taste)
Method:1. Blend pineapple with yoghurt, sugar & elachie.2. Leave in fridge to chill.3. Serve cold with straws.
Note: I like to blend with some ice as-well#mamataughtmewellrecipes
