1 X 400g Ready puff pastry Cut in half and roll into a 2 balls Roll out into 2 dinner size rotis Place one roti on a smeared with ghee (Clarified butter) griddle or tawa Smear any chutney /hot sauce Paste the edges with a flour paste like you do with samoosas Put filling Smear the second roti with the flour paste And place this pasted side on top.the the filling Now paste with ghee (Clarified butter) Seko on stove check if little speckled Turn the roti with a spatula slowly Smear with ghee (Clarified butter) Cook for 5 minutes Transfer now on a greased oven tray Bake for 15-20 minutes till the roti puffs up slightly Cut in wedges and enjoy warm (Like Parata) Place in greased tray smeared w
