INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon oil. 1 large onion chopped. 4 cloves garlic. 4 fresh red chillies or how hot u want. Half cup fresh mint. Half cup fresh dhania (coriander). One and half cup tomato sauce. Half cup apricot jam. Half cup vinegar. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt to taste.
METHOD
Heat oil fry onions garlic and chillies until soft. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook for a minute. Blend in a food processor season to taste. Bottle and store in fridge.
