INGREDIENTS
125g soft margerine....one cup sugar.....2 eggs....one teaspoon vanilla essence....2 cups cake flour......1 teaspoon baking powder....¼ teaspoon salt....1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda....3 overipe bananas...2 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
Sift flour baking powder salt and bicarb over the creamed margerine mixture mix wellMash bananas add banana and lemon juice to flour mixture.Spoon into loaf pan.Bake till skewer comes out clean at 180 deg.At the beginning cream margarine and sugar please note
