Cream butter, zest and sugar.Add in eggs, beat well.Add in all wet ingredients and mix together well.Whisk together all the dry ingredients and add to batter. Mix lightly until uniformly combined.Tip batter into greased 9x15 inch loaf pan that has been lined with baking paper.Bake on 180°c for about 1 hour. Check at 50 minutes as all ovens differ. GlazeMix the sugar with lemon juice, a teaspoonful at a time until you get a glaze. Make it as runny as you like or keep it thick.Glaze cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. This really adds a 🍋 pop.
