4 sheets of phyllo Melted butter/ghee (Clarified butter)
Preheat oven to 180C
Brush phyllo with melted butter/ghee (Clarified butter). Cut into blocks and put into prepared pan. I used a pan with small rounds. Bake till golden. In the meanwhile you can prepare your fillings.
Sour cream & spring onion cheesy phyllo cups
½ cup tussers cheese½ cup cheddar cheese3 tablespoons lancewood cream cheese3-4 tablespoons sour creamCrumbled feta cheeseFinely chopped spring onionsSeason with salt and pepper. Spoon into phyllo cups. Bake till cheese melts. Serve immediately. Absolutely delicious 😋
Pecan tart phyllo bites
Depending how many you want to make:½ cup chopped pecans¼ - ½ cup brown sugar 3-4 tablespoons butter
Melt butter add pecans & sugar. Pour into prepared phyllo cups. Bake serve with whipped cream or drizzle with melted dairy milk chocolate. I left some plain they were delicious just like that.
Fruity phyllo cups
Whip 250ml fresh cream with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar Pipe into cups. Top with chopped fruits of your choice. Drizzle melted dairy milk over. Decor, plate & serve.
Whipped cream & nutty phyllo cups
Pipe whipped cream into cups and top with chopped nuts of your choice. Decor with a strawberry. Enjoy💕💕
