6 chicken breasts cubed. 1 ½ teaspoon freshly ground almonds. 1 ½ teaspoon ginger and garlic. 1 ½ teaspoon fresh red chilies. 1 teaspoon crushed jeera ¼ teaspoon ground elachie salt to taste ¼ cup milk ¼ cup cream 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh herbs.
Mix all the ingredients together first then add the cubed chicken and mix well. Marinate for 2 hours. Place the marinated chicken in a pot and cook till done. This dish must be saucy and creamy.
