INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut washed and kept aside. 1 large onions sliced finely and fried till golden brown ½ cup steers peri peri sauce ½ cup mayonnaise. ½ cup tomato puree ½ cup nestle cream 1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon red chillies crushed1 tablespoon ginger and garlic1 teaspoon jeera1 tablespoon garlic flakes1 teaspoon lemon pepperSalt to taste½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ cup almonds crushed½ cup ghee (Clarified butter).
METHOD
Marinate all the above expect the ghee (Clarified butter) for 1 hour. Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) in a large flat pot. Add the marinate chicken and cook till all the water has dried out. Serve hot with garlic rolls.
