Salt to taste. ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric). ½ cup almonds crushed. ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter).
Marinate allda above expect the ghee (Clarified butter) for 1 hour. Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) in a large flat pot. Add the marinate chickenn cook till all the waterhas dryed out. Serve hot with garlic rolls.
