Keep a huge dish ready to throw in ingredients as they ready....
1 & ½ kg corn flakes1 kg Rice Krispies750g pnp no name popped rice
Drizzle oil and toss. Bake separately in trays in a preheated oven @ 180 till lightly golden
Place pecan nuts and almonds in separate trays, sprinkle water and season with salt. Bake in preheated oven till roasted.
2kg potatoes, peeled and grated. Wash & drain. Divide into 3 portions. Color 1 portion green, the other red & the other yellow. Squeeze out water and fry in hot oil till crispy.
Clean dhania (coriander) leaves wash and pat dry. Fry in hot oil. Drain on a paper towel.
Fry peanuts with skin on till golden season with salt.

Heat oilAdd ingredientsWhen it sizzles remove from heat and pour over.
Add in fried dhania (coriander) leaves. Crush when adding. Season with salt. You can season with sugar and add citric acid for a sweet sour chevro just a pinch at a time.
I don’t add sev (vermicelli) & ghatia.
Fried sultanas can also be added.My brother used to enjoy the chevro with aamli balls. I also added krunch crisp sticks in salted flavor. Enjoy
