INGREDIENTS
Cubed chicken fillet. Chopped onions. Salt and pepper. crushed garlic. Packet of cream of mushroom soup. One cup or more fresh cream. Chopped dhahia.
METHOD
Marinate chicken in salt and pepper. Saute onions in butter and garlic cook till water is dry. Add in the packet of soup and braise well. Lastly add the cream and allow to thicken.Remove from stove and allow to cool. Add dhania (coriander). Mixture now ready to be filled. If mixture is to dry and thick add sum boiled water.
