IN A BOWL BEAT 5 EGGS & 10 tablespoon SUGARPOUR THIK COCONUT MILK(only the first extracted milk) INTO THE EGG MIXTURE AND STIR WELL , ADD 2 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)ADD 2 CUPS WATER INTO A PRESSURE COOKERAND PUT A STANDPLACE PUDDING MIXTURE BOWL ON IT, COVERPUT THE LID ON AND COOK FOR FIRST 10 minutes ON MEDIUM HEAT AND THEN FOR 15 minutes ON LOW HEATCHECK IF PUDDING IS DONECOOL, CUT & SERVE, GARNISHED WITH DRY FRUITS
