INGREDIENTS
250g butter
2 ½ cups cake flour
1 cup roasted cashew nuts-chopped
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup cornflour
extra castor sugar for rolling
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Stir in nuts. Add siftd
flours & mix to a soft dough. Shape into
crescents.
Bake @ 180*C for 12 minutes. When cool, roll in
castor sugar.
