1 Liter milk 1 fresh coconut, grated (reserve some for garnish)1 cinnamon stick Boil, then add :
1 teaspoon China grass powder 2 tablespoon Almond powder1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powderbring to a boil, remove cinnamon stick and add in :
1 Tin condensed milk 250ml fresh cream allow to boil one last time, then pour into dessert bowls and allow to set in fridge. Decorate as desired.
INFO & TIPS
1 cup of vermicelli can be added to the milk when boiling the coconut.
