1. Heat milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan- stirring to dissolve sugar2. Add in china grass powder- stirring all the time- give the mixture a boil3. Remove from heat and add vanilla essence4. Mould as desired Sauce: Boil all ingredients til syrup formsLeave aside to coolUse when chilled
