INGREDIENTS
250g butter
1 egg
45ml instant coffee (nescafe or of choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
¾ cup castor sugar
2 ½-3 cups cake flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Add egg & vanilla (if
using). Add dry ingredients. Mix to a soft
dough. Shape into small logs. Bake @ 180*C for
12-15 minutes or till done. Dip in melted chocolate.
Leave to dry completely. Sprinkle gold dust over.
