Iced Litchi & Lemon Tea

INGREDIENTS

3 Cups boiling water 1 tea bag4 stems lemon grass
1 cup Fairland litchi Juice¼ cup roses lime cordial¾ cup water
½ cup sugar1 cup water
1 lemon sliced thinly2 cups ice cubes3 leaves lemon grass

METHOD

Add tea bag to boiling water. Add lemon grass and let tea infuse for 10 minutes
Remove tea bag. Add litchi juice, Lime cordial and water to tea mixture.Boil sugar and water until a thin syrup forms.Add syrup in the tea mixture and cool over night. Add lemon slices, ice cubes and lemon grass and serve.

INFO & TIPS

Serve chilled and slushy.
