1 brinjal-sliced into rounds 1 egg ¼ teaspoon salt pinch of turmeric ½ teaspoon chilli powder or to taste cornflake crumbs oil for frying
Sprinkle some salt on brinjals & leave aside for 15 minutes. Rinse & pat dry with papper towel. Beat egg, salt & chilli powder together. Dip brinjal slices in egg then in crumbs. Shallow-fry in oil till golden. Enjoy.
