INGREDIENTS
Base:
1 packet tennis biscuits crushed
½ cup melted butter
Filling:
1 tin condensed milk
1 small tin nestle cream
1 cup cremora
½ cup lemon juice
METHOD
For the base:
Mix together the biscuits and butter and press into a dish.
Filling:
Beat the condensed milk and cream for +- 5-7 minutes. Add in the cremora and beat for a further 5 minutes. Add in the lemon juice and beat for 2 minutes. Pour ova biscuit base and spread immediately. Decorate as desired.
