1 Cup Sugar
3 Small Lemons (2 big Lemons)
Handful Crushed Mint (Fresh)
Handful Mint (garnish)
4 TB Rose's Grenadine Syrup
Juice your lemons and lime.
Crush your mint leaves in a jug making sure it's like pulp so the flavour fuses with the rest of the ingredients.
Add your water and the juice from the lemons and lime.
Next, add the sugar and mix well.
Do a taste test to see how sweet it is, depending on how sweet you want it you can add more sugar, if it is too sweet you can add more lemon juice.
Now add your Rose's Grenadine Syrup and mix well.
Finally strain the mix into another jug and freeze for a couple of hours.
For an extra serving point, you can sugar coat the rim of your glasses as well as garnish with some fresh mint.
