Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup butter
1 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ cups selfraising flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoon water
½ cup walnuts o pecans

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy sift flour and bakin pwder and add to above. Lastly add in coffee mixture and nuts. Bake at 180. For 20_25 minutes.
