INGREDIENTS

1 cup Solid ghee (Clarified butter)
¾ cup Granulated (normal) sugar
2 egg yolks
Beat ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar till light and fluffy
Thereafter add egg yolks
3 Tablespoons condense milk
3 Tablespoons semolina
Add the condense milk and semolina to the above
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons heaped baking powder
1 ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon elachie
Nutmeg
Add flour mixture to the above mixture to form a dough
(Add flour gradually 1 cup at a time
If dough is not soft enough add more ghee (Clarified butter) till a nice dough is formed )
Make balls ,flatten with palm ,place badaam(almonds) in the middle and bake @ 200 c the lower oven to 180 c
I baked on 165 c till it was light brown coz my oven gets quite hot.
