INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked chicken strips+/- 1 cup cooked quinoa1 Julienned carrots1 Julienned red pepper1 Julienned greed pepperCrystals Hot Sauce1 large Cucumber sliced wit a mandalin slicer
METHOD
Lay a big piece of cling wrap on a flat surface. Layer the cucumber sheets over lapping each other 1 above the other forming a kind of rectangle on top of the cling wrap.Spread quinoa over and press down flat next spread a bit of the crystals sauce depending on how hot u want it and layer the chicken strips the Julienned carrots and peppers together then the chopped corriander.Hold the end tightly and roll over like a sushi wrap and hold tightly. Tighten the cling on both ends and leave the wrap against a heavy object to hold it tight for about 10mins then slowly unwrap and slice with a very sharp knife. Serve with some soy sauce hummus or a dipping of your choice
