Cook diced butternut until half way done,in water,then add ½ c of oats,cook till soft. Blend until smooth. Make a vagaar with onion in oil,add all spices. Add this to blended butternt/oat mix. Pour in cream. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt. Blend again if yo u would like it very smooth. Garnish with dhania (coriander)/cream and serve hot,Ideal for a winters evening!
