20 baby potatoes peeled and boiled
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon hot chilli powder
2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon sweet ambli chutney
2 to 3 tablespoon oil
chopped coriander for garnishing
heat oil and add the potatoes cook till slightly
crisp and then add the salt and chilli powders.
allow to sizzle for a while so the chilli powders
should brown slightly and then add the lemon
juice and ambli chutney. toss to cover. garnish
with chopped coriander and serve.
