Creamy chicken Lasagne

½ kg chicken fillet cubed1 carrot julienned½ punnet Mushrooms slicedRobot peppers chopped1 cup frozen corn1 onion chopped
Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon crushed red chillies½ teaspoon chilli garlic paste ½ teaspoon grounded green chillies 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Saute onions in 2 tablespoons oil till light golden. Add chilli garlic paste to onions. Then add cubed fillet and veg. Add spices & cook on low till cooked and water has evaporated. Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Bechamel sauce: (white sauce)2 tablespoons corn flour1 tablespoon butter½ litre milk Whisk all ingredients on low till thick. Season with salt & pepper.
Ladel hot bechamel sauce at the bottom of your dish.
In a separate dish pour some boiling water. Dip lasagne sheets in boiling water.
Layer lasagne sheets on top of sauce. Cut sheets to fit bowl. Top with with chicken filling. Repeat layers. I did 3 layers of bechamel sauce and 2 layers of lasagne and chicken. So I ended with bechamel sauce.
Top with grated Gouda & sprinkle parsley. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Take out of oven and serve after 10 minutes.
Lasagne was layered in the morning. I just baked in the evening. It was absolutely delicious 👌🏻👌🏻
