2 cups basmati Rice¼ cauliflower cut into chunks 1 medium size carrot,sliced ¼ cup green peas 1 big size potato,cut into chunks ½ cup papri 2-3 brinjal cut ½ 1 medium size onion,sliced 2-3 medium size tomatoes,chopped 1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2-3 green chilies 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 2-3 cloves 1 cinnamon stick4-5 black pepper corns 2 brown Elaichi 2-3 green Elaichi 1 bay leaf1 teaspoon fennel seeds 1 teaspoon whole dhana seeds ½ packet shan Biryani masala 1 tablespoon dhana powder (coriander)1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon paprika (optional) Salt to taste ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon SUHANA vegetable masala Chopped coriander & mint
Take oil in a pot. Add whole garam masala. Then add onion. Cook until pink brown. Then add ginger garlic paste. Stir well. Then add chopped tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes get soft and messy. Then add fennel seeds,dhana seeds,Biryani masala,garam masala,veg masala,turmeric,dhana powder,salt & paprika. Add little water mix well. Now add all vegetables. Cover and cook till oil get separated. On slow flame for 5-10 minutes. Now add rice. Sprinkle some chopped coriander and mint. Let it boil on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Then simmer on slow flame until done. Serve hot. Enjoy 😊.
