Braise 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with slit chillies ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds ½ teaspoon Rye (black seed)1 Taj½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Few curry leaves 🍃 Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic Veggies of choiceI have used:Cubed sweet potato 🥔 butternut 🧄carrots 🥕thinly sliced cabbage🥬 chopped robot peppers🫑 🌶 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 diced tomato 🍅 Cook above till soft and tender. Add water 💧 if necessary. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve with rotis
