INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons oil2 onions finely chopped2 teaspoons ginger garlic1 teaspoon chilli garlic masala1 teaspoon dhana (coriander powder)1 teaspoon jiro (cumin powder)1 teaspoon red chili powder1 teaspoon saltΒ½ teaspoon turmeric4 teaspoons Shaan Veg masalaΒ½ teaspoon garam masala2 med tomatoes chopped
1 cup chopped green beans2 sliced carrots2 cubed potatoes1 brinjal cubedRed, green & yellow pepper cubedBaby marrows cut Patty pans cut in Β½
METHOD
Heat oil and fry onions until gold.Add ginger garlic and spices and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes then cook for 2 minutes.Wash all veggies and add to your onion tomato vagaar.Add water and cook on high heat for about 6 minutes then cook on low heat and cook till veggies are tender. The above can be made with veggies of your choice.Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leavesπServe with hot naan/rotis.
