INGREDIENTS
My Style (Like malva)You get oven size or you can use 2 x small rectangle casseroles
METHOD
2 cups flour 2 heaped teaspoon baking powder½ cup sugar 1 teaspoon bicarb of sodaLess than ¼ teaspoon saltSift all of above together
Then add to the above1 Large Can fruit cocktail (825g)2 eggs well beaten Vanilla esence¼ teaspoon vinegar3 tablespoon melted butterMix well together Place in greased rectangle cake tinOr casseroleBake at 170 * for 35-40 minutes
When done prick the pudding with a fork and pour hot sauce over the baked pudding it will be absorbed by the pudding
For the Sauce
3 tablespoon sugar
1 x 410 ml Ideal evaporated milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 tablespoon butterBoil for 5 minutes
The sauce will be absorbed by the pudding.
Serve the pudding warm or cold(Preferable warm)
Tips: 3 tablespoon Dessicated coconut can be added to the sauce (Optional I left it out)The pudding can be served with whipped sweetened fresh cream or Pour nestle dessert cream over Garnish as you pleaseVariationServe with custard or icecream
