Cake layer 1 cup flour1 cup sugar⅛ cup cocoa ½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda½ strongly brewed coffee½ cup butter ¼ cup buttermilk 1 egg 1 cup crushed Oreo’s Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees or till done. Layer 2 - Cocoa syrup½ cup cocoa ½ cup water ½ cup sugar Mix ingredients together and bring to a boil, then take off the heat. Layer 3- Pudding topping ½ cup whipped cream½ cup Moir’s chocolate pudding mix(You only need half a cup of this, once mixed according to packet instructions) Fold in pudding mix and whipped cream.
Assemble: 1. Once cake is baked, while it’s still hot poke holes into the cake using a wooden spoon. 2. Pour hot syrup over the cake then top with crushed Oreo’s 3. Once cake is almost cold, Add the pudding and whipped cream topping, spread a generous layer evenly over the cake then cover completely with crushed Oreo’s and grated chocolate. Leave in the fridge to set.
