Pre-heat your oven to 170˚CPut all the ingredients into a bowl and beat with spoon/machine for 2 - 3 minutes until smooth and well combinedDivide your mixture between two greased and bottom-lined 20cm tins OR cupcake casesPlace in the pre-heated oven and bake for 30 - 35 minutes until goldenTurn them out, remove the paper and cool on a cake rackDecorate as desires
