Sift Together2 cups flour2 full teaspoon Baking powder+- 2 tablespoon Crushed somph (add extra somph)
TIP:(OPTIONAL: I added 2 tablespoon Coconut 1 tablespoon Semolina 1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)) it came out crispy & Divine
Beat together the undermentioned1 egg (well beaten) Vanilla essence (optional) ¾ cup sugar3 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)+- ½ cup milk
Add the above liquid mixture to the flour gradually to make a soft doughLeave to rest 15 minutesRoll out Cut in diamond shapes
Fry in deep oil Till golden brown Keep in airtight containerEnjoy
