In a deep wok or pan add some oil , add the chopped veggies along with the salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes add the Chinese salt, add the ginger and garlic and cook until you get a smellAdd the sauces with little water and simmer Add the boiled spaghetti , give it a nice mix and heat Serve immediately.
