7 t-bones washed and cleaned 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce 1 tablespoon Robertson BBQ spice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon gori mas pepper steak spice ( if you do not have use crushed red chilli and crushed pepper ) Squeeze of lemon Salt to taste ( taste first because spices are already salty )
Sauce : ¼ cup Spurs BBQ sauce 2 tablespoon steers hot peri sauce 1 tablespoon steers garlic sauce 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
Marinade t- bone with all the spices over night or atleast 2 hours . Add in a pot and layer them flat . Cook in garlic butter until completely soft , add water if nec . I added 2 cups water and allowed to soften on low . If you have an indoor griller , grill until it has the smokey flavor . In the meantime add the sauces and ¼ cup water in the pot that you cooked the t-bones in . Add handful chopped spring onion , simmer , add t bone in the pot simmer and serve .

You dnt have to grill .
If you dnt like saucy stuff do not add the sauces and have it as masala t-bone .
