Method:1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until Al dente. Drain the water out 2. Once the water has drained from the spaghetti, empty the spaghetti into a pot with blobs of butter. Season with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Before serving, heat and toss gently For the sauce 3. Saute onions in a little oil until translucent, add garlic and braise for a few minutes 4. Add liquidized tomatoes, tomato and onion mix and tomato paste. Cook on medium heat until all the water has evaporated (this takes some time, 30 minutes minimum) 5. Once the water has evaporated and the sauce has reduced, add the spices 6. Serve a bed of spaghetti topped with a generous amount of sauce, grated cheese and thyme. Pairs well with creamy sautéed mushrooms and a green salad 🥗
