1kg chicken fillet (cubed)4 Tablespoon butter2 teaspoon garlic pastePinch saffron threads1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder 1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 cup Woolworths double cream yoghurt155g tin Nestle cooking cream2 tablespoon cashew nut powder (optional)1⁄4 teaspoon yellow powder food coloringDash lemon juice
Also needed-Fresh dhania (coriander) (chopped)
1. Heat butter, add garlic, chillies & spices.2. Add chicken and cook until half done.3. Then add yoghurt, cream, cashew nut powder, saffron & coloring.4. Allow chicken to cook through and sauce to thicken. Add dash of lemon.5. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander).

Serve with roti/ roghni naan/ rice.
