INGREDIENTS
Soak 1 cup magni dhar in boiling water...In a pot add:Little oil1 chopped onion1 chopped tomato½ julienned green pepper1 teaspoon salt1&1/2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo1 teaspoon red chillies1&½ teaspoon ginger garlicPinch of white pepper¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon jeeroo
METHOD
Add in the soaked magni dhar and ¾ cup water...cook till soft adding more water if needed...Separately:Fry one chopped onion till crispy...sprinkle over magni dhar just before serving...and cut up lots of dhania (coriander)...enjoy
